Each month we will gather to share a cup of ceremonial grade cacao (drinking chocolate). Cacao is known for gently opening the heart chakra. Genessa will lead a ceremony based on that month's theme. Cacao ceremonies are an opportunity to set and share intentions, meditate, connect with others in the community, and nourish your body and soul. It is suggested you avoid or reduce caffeine intake prior to the ceremony. Please bring your own mug.
